Never-Ending Rally (“Rally”) is an open, ongoing challenge for enthusiasts of off-road driving and overland travel using 4×4 vehicles.
The organiser of the Rally is Polski Offroad Wojciech Bednarczyk, address: ul. Racławicka 48, 05-200 Majdan, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 9590035612, REGON: 290878516 (“Organiser”).
Polish Off-Road Club (“Club”) is an informal organisation bringing together Rally participants. The Organiser is formally responsible for running the Rally.
The purpose of the Rally is to promote off-road tourism, integrate the community, and promote the tourist attractions of Europe.
Participation in the Rally is voluntary and available at any time.
§2. Participation
You may join the Rally at any time.
Only a Club member may become a Rally participant (“Participant”).
Participation requires completing the registration form and paying the membership fee:
600 PLN/year upon registration,
400 PLN/year for renewals in subsequent years.
Immediately after registration, the Participant receives by e-mail a 50% discount code for purchasing Routes in the online shop off-roadrunner.com and up to 20% off off-road equipment in partner stores. Within a few days, the Participant also receives a club package including a T-shirt, Club membership card, certificate, and car stickers.
On the next working day, the Participant will be added to the Never-Ending Rally Results list (first name, first letter of surname, vehicle make and model).
Participation does not require personal contact with the Organiser.
§3. Routes
The Rally is based on off-road routes (“Routes”) available in the online shop off-roadrunner.com.
Participants (Club members) receive a 50% discount on all Routes.
Each Route package includes a PDF file (route description) and KML and GPX files (for GPS navigation).
Routes may be completed at any time and in any order.
Completing each Route earns 1 point.
Participants are not allowed to share Routes with third parties. Each crew should purchase its own copy.
§4. Documenting Route Completion
Route completion must be documented with photos or videos taken during the drive.
Photos or videos should be sent to the Organiser via e-mail or shared in the Rally participant groups on Facebook or WhatsApp.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify submitted materials.
§5. Awards and Distinctions
Participants receive awards after completing a specified number of Routes:
10 Routes → bronze medal,
20 Routes → silver medal,
30 Routes → gold medal + prize funded by the Organiser or a Rally sponsor.
Awards are delivered by courier or presented personally during the annual Club meetings.
The Organiser may grant additional distinctions for exceptional achievements or materials promoting the Rally.
§6. Responsibility and Safety Rules
Participation in the Rally is entirely at the Participant’s own risk.
Participants are required to obey traffic regulations and respect nature, private property, and the safety of third parties.
If Participants encounter road restrictions, barriers, ditches, or any other obstacles preventing passage and requiring a Route update, they must choose an alternative road and inform the Organiser.
The Organiser is not responsible for accidents, vehicle damage, or the consequences of improper use of the Routes.
§7. Club Meeting and Other Events
Once a year, the Organiser hosts the Polish Off-Road Club Meeting, which is free of charge for Participants.
The Organiser may invite Participants to other events with preferential conditions for Participants.
§8. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
The Organiser is the controller of Participants’ personal data.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of organising the Rally, managing Club membership, financial settlements, prize delivery, and marketing communication.
The legal basis for data processing is the Participant’s consent and the necessity to perform the participation agreement.
Participants have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, transfer their data, and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Data may only be shared with entities cooperating with the Organiser in operating the Rally (e.g. accounting or shipping services).
§9. Participant Photos and Videos
By submitting photos, videos, or opinions, the Participant grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, unlimited licence to use them for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Rally.
The Organiser may edit, process, and publish these materials or excerpts from them on social media, the website, and other promotional materials.
§10. Reservations
The Organiser resolves all disputes regarding scoring, rankings, and award allocation.
The Organiser may exclude Participants who violate the rules, standards of conduct, or safety regulations.
The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. Any changes will be published on this website.
