§1. General information
- Never-Ending Rally (“Rally”), also known under its Polish name Rajd Nieustający, is an open, ongoing, amateur competition for off-road driving enthusiasts and 4×4 tourism, using off-road vehicles with 4×4 drive.
- The organizer of the Rally is Polski Offroad Wojciech Bednarczyk, address: ul. Racławicka 48, 05-200 Majdan, NIP: 9590035612, REGON: 290878516 (“Organizer”).
- Polish Off-Road Club (“Club”), also known under its Polish name Klub PolskiOffroad, is an informal organization gathering Rally participants. Formally, the Organizer is responsible for running the Rally.
- The purpose of the Rally is to promote off-road tourism, integrate the community and promote tourist attractions of Poland and Europe.
- Participation in the Rally is voluntary and available at any time.
§2. Participation
- Joining the Rally is possible at any time.
- A Rally participant (“Participant”) may only be a Club member.
- The condition of participation is completing the registration form for the Club and paying the membership fee:
- 600 PLN when joining the Club,
- 400 PLN when continuing in subsequent years.
- Immediately after joining the Club, the Participant receives by e-mail a discount code – 50% for purchasing Routes in the online store off-roadrunner.com, and within three working days receives a club package including a T-shirt, certificate, membership card and car stickers.
- On the next working day, the Participant will be added to the Rally Participants List under their name and surname or nickname.
- Participation does not require personal contact with the Organizer, except for the Club Rally (optional).
§3. Routes
- The Rally is based on off-road routes (Routes) available in the online store off-roadrunner.com.
- Participants (Club members) receive a 50% discount on all Routes.
- Each Route consists of a PDF file (route description) and KML and GPX files (for GPS navigation).
- Routes can be completed at any time and in any order.
- Completing each Route or a stage of a multi-stage Route earns 1 point.
- The Participant is obliged not to share Routes with third parties. Each crew should purchase its own copy.
§4. Route documentation
- Completion of Routes must be documented with photos or videos from the Routes, or written reports and opinions about the Routes.
- Documentation should be submitted to the Organizer via e-mail or through groups on Facebook or WhatsApp for Rally participants.
- The Organizer reserves the right to verify submitted materials.
§5. Awards and distinctions
- Participants receive awards after completing a specified number of Routes:
- 10 Routes → bronze medal,
- 20 Routes → silver medal + gadget funded by the Organizer or Rally sponsors,
- 30 Routes → gold medal + diploma + gadget funded by the Organizer or Rally sponsors.
- Additionally, winners may receive material prizes from Rally sponsors.
- Awards are delivered by post or during the Club Rally.
- The Organizer may grant additional distinctions for special achievements or materials promoting the Rally.
§6. Responsibility and safety rules
- Participation in the Rally is at the Participant’s own responsibility.
- The Participant is obliged to comply with road traffic regulations and respect nature, private property and the safety of third parties.
- If encountering prohibitions, barriers, ditches or other obstacles on the Route preventing passage and requiring Route updates, the Participant is obliged to choose an alternative path and inform the Organizer.
- The Organizer is not responsible for accidents, vehicle damage or consequences of improper use of the Routes.
§7. Club Rally and other events
- The Organizer organizes a Club Rally once a year, participation in which is free for Participants.
- The Organizer may invite Participants to other events with preferential conditions.
§8. Personal data protection (GDPR)
- The controller of Participants’ personal data is the Organizer.
- Personal data are processed for the purpose of: organizing the Rally, managing Club membership, financial settlements, sending awards and marketing communication.
- The legal basis for data processing is the Participant’s consent and necessity for the performance of the participation agreement.
- The Participant has the right to: access data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
- Data may be transferred only to entities cooperating with the Organizer in operating the Rally (e.g. accounting, shipping services).
§9. Photos and videos of participants
- By submitting photos, videos or opinions, the Participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive and perpetual license to use them for marketing and promotional purposes of the Rally.
- The Participant retains moral copyrights to the submitted materials.
- The Organizer may publish materials on social media, the website and other promotional materials.
§10. Reservations
- The Organizer resolves all disputes regarding scoring, classification and awarding prizes.
- The Organizer may exclude Participants violating the rules, good practices or safety regulations.
- The Organizer reserves the right to introduce changes to the rules. Changes are published on this website.
